Final Combined Book v.4.0 test

I did NOT bill anything against this work.  It is very important that we review the credits as soon as possible so we can bill against the work complete in our February 1-15 requisition.   Frank, please advise on when we can have that meeting.  Please review and execute the requisition if acceptable.  Any questions or comments please call me.  It's important that we receive these COR funds as soon as possible.
