Good morning, John,

Two items:

1. I'm requesting assistance in expediting approval of Spearhead's current Pay Requisition for Draw 101, submitted last Thursday, Jan 30th, for a total of $303,892. 2. Does it make sense to issue a $0 Change Order that would modify Spearhead's contract to allow weekly pay requisitions and accelerated payments just for labor expenses , from this point forward? I've requested this change prior, but perhaps you were never made aware. The overtime, added manpower, double shifts and weekend work continue to add intense cash flow pressure to our company. It's imperative that as Spearhead accelerates its work, that Frank and Brian also accelerate approvals of our pay reqs.

Here's a summary of Spearhead's communication/actions regarding Draw 101:

Thurs (Jan 30): Change Orders approved, Draw opened Thurs (Jan 30): Spearhead submitted Pay Req Fri (Jan 31): Spearhead sent note to Frank and team requesting review and approval Wed (Feb 5): Spearhead followed up with another request for approval

The finance team has been incredibly helpful in releasing funds upon approval. Really appreciate your assistance in getting Draw 101 approved and considering a change order to payment acceleration. Believe a change would reduce the number of intervention email requests.
