This works better for everyone as SWJV doesn't have to pay for offsite storage of materials. This week would have been our first shipment, clearly the site isn't ready to accept the cast pieces. As we indicated in the past, Plasterform is not capable of storing any materials in their warehouse for extended periods of time. As of Monday they had 32 molds cast, and expect more done by the end of day today. They are sending us the bill for the molds being cast for the month ending August, as we do have a payment agreement set up. We are looking to request the 10% cost for these molds. I believe the Walsh rep you have can confirm the molds have been created. Lastly, we were trying to determine how to work the numbers for the mobilization of 10%. This is a way to make up that cost without having to bill against items not completed (as discussed during our meeting). I believe the 10% bill is substantiated, please contact me if you feel otherwise. The next pencil requisition is going to be sent Tuesday the 20th for the 22nd Textura draw.
