Clarification: Different Site Conditions – New, Added Tasks Compliance with the Agencies’ and site specific COVID-19 procedures caused additional work steps, which were not anticipated at time of bid nor included as part of the Contract documents. These different site conditions caused added work steps resulting in unplanned, additional labor hours beyond the contracted scope of work. As a matter of public safety, the Agencies, Owner, and General Contractor (GC) required Spearhead to perform additional tasks, which resulted in
